Hedge Rate definition

Hedge Rate means, on any date of determination, the weighted average fixed rate or strike rate under the Hedging Agreements on such date, based on the notional amounts of such Hedging Agreements.
Hedge Rate means, for any date of determination, the sum of (i) the Weighted Average Swap Rate, (ii) [REDACTED], (iii) the Funded Fee Percentage, and (iv) the Servicing Fee Rate.
Hedge Rate means the rate of interest used to compute the amounts payable by the Issuer to a Hedge Counterparty pursuant to a Hedge Transaction.

Hedge Rate means a rate of interest per annum (including any reserve ---------- or cost adjustments) equal to nine percent (9%).
Hedge Rate. For any Contract to which a Purchase relates, the "Fixed Rate" of the Hedge Transaction to be used in computing the Sale Discount Rate of that Contract.
