Heat Meter definition

Heat Meter. – means the equipment and related fittings and pipes installed by the DHS System Owner for the purpose of measuring the quantity of Heat used by you that may be installed outside or within the Premises.

  • If Supplier is unable to read the Heat Meter or Volume Meter remotely, Supplier shall, where possible, provide the Supply Customer with the means to provide Supplier with readings.

  • The Supply Customer will not be required to pay any costs if Supplier requests to check the Heat Meter or Volume Meter unless the Supply Customer has damaged or interfered with (as applicable) the Heat Meter or Volume Meter.

  • Supplier shall take a final Heat Meter and Volume Meter reading on the date this Agreement expires or is terminated and provide the Supply Customer with a final Heat Bill within fourteen (14) days of expiry or termination.

  • Supplier shall read the Heat Meter and Volume Meter remotely every month without requiring access to the Building.


More Definitions of Heat Meter

Heat Meter means a heat meter within the meaning of Annex MI- 004 to Directive 2004/22/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (1) or any other device to measure and record the amount of heat energy produced based upon flow volumes and tempera­ tures;
