Hearing Notice definition

Hearing Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.4.2(a), below.
Hearing Notice means publication or posting meeting the requirements of Ch. 985, Stats. For appeals, a Class 1 notice, published once at least one week (7 days) before the hearing, is required. For all zoning ordinances and amendments, a Class 2 notice, published twice, once each week consecutively, the last at least a week (7 days) before the hearing. Local ordinances or bylaws may require additional notice, exceeding these minimums.
Hearing Notice means a document, sent by the Division of Legal Services of the Department of Social Services, advising the participant of the time, date, and place of their hearing.

Examples of Hearing Notice in a sentence

  • The copy of the Notice of Breach or the Hearing Notice sent to the Secured Lender pursuant to this Section 12.1.3(a) shall be addressed to such Secured Lender at its address last furnished to the City.

  • The period within which a Secured Lender may cure a particular Event of Monetary Default or Event of Non-Monetary Default shall not commence until the City has sent to the Secured Lender such copy of the applicable Notice of Breach or Hearing Notice.

Hearing Notice means the Court-approved notice, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “B”, or on such other terms as the Court may direct, which informs the Proposed Class of (i) the Proposed Class Proceeding; (ii) the date and location of the application for the Approval and Certification Order; (iii) the core elements of the Settlement Agreement and the Distribution Protocol; and (iv) if the Court determines that the timing of procedure for members of the Proposed Class to opt out of and exclude themselves from the Settlement Class shall occur prior to the application for the Approval and Certification Order, the procedure for opting out and the Opt-out Deadline. .
