Any Exhibitor allowing one of their registered badges to gain entrance to the Event by someone other than a worker in their booth may not be invited to participate in future shows. Badges are to be worn only by the persons whose names are printed on the badges. Badges are to be worn throughout Event, including setup and take-down. There may be a charge for badges issued at Event. CHILDREN: Children under the age of 18 are to be supervised by an adult at all times. Parents or guardians shall be responsible for their children’s actions and will be responsible for any damages caused. No skateboards, bicycles, wheeled shoes or roller skates/blades will be allowed in the Event or on any Facility grounds. CAMPING: Any Exhibitor camping on Facility grounds, even if not hooking to lines, pipes or amenities, or using any camping facilities, shall pay for each overnight stay, in advance as indicated in receipt information. Exhibitor must park in designated Camping area.
