Harassing conduct of this type is a violation of the nondiscrimination provisions of WIOA and of 29 CFR Part 38.
Harassing others using offensive, obscene and/or vulgar language; or threatening others, including creating messages containing sexual or racial overtones or slurs, and/or messages disparaging of others based on race, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, marital status and/or other personal characteristics protected under federal, state or local laws.
Harassing any person because of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, creed, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected class status will not be tolerated.
