Handsets means a mobile station in the PCS service intended to be used while in motion or during halts at unspecified points and conforming to the PCS 1900 specifications, as appropriate. Handsets include handheld portable units and units installed in vehicles. Handsets shall also include data-only or voice and data subscriber equipment products designed for use with computer devices, and includes the PCS cards described on Attachments A-1 through A-3 and such other attachments upon which the parties may subsequently agree in writing and attach to this Agreement. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIM (IP CLAIM) means a claim involving Buyer's or Seller's intellectual property rights, as more fully described in Section 19.

Handsets means the mobile handsets to be used by Sprint Customers and any other terminal equipment designed to be used by Sprint Customers which shall be compatible with the Alliances’ networks.

Handsets means the device employed by the end user to originate, route, or terminate regulated telecommunications service over the WETC network. For the purposes of this Part 733, handsets are considered to be the equivalent of customer premises equipment (“CPE”), beyond the regulatory interest of the Illinois Commerce Commission, and subject to the terms and conditions of a contract or warranty between the manufacturer, WETC and end user.

Handsets means handheld wireless mobile devices that enable end users to view and browse Licensed Content.
