Handback Requirements definition

Handback Requirements means the requirements for the condition of the Facility on the Expiry Date described in Section 2.1 of this Appendix;
Handback Requirements means the terms, conditions, requirements and procedures governing the condition in which Developer is to deliver the Project and Project Right of Way to TxDOT upon expiration or earlier termination of the Agreement and Lease, as set forth in Section 19.4 of the Technical Provisions.
Handback Requirements means the Contractor’s obligations to hand back the New Infrastructure and the Existing Infrastructure at the end of the Term in the condition required by Schedule 18 (Technical Requirements), including any amendments deemed to be made by the operation of Section 6.6;

Examples of Handback Requirements in a sentence

  • Developer also shall perform Renewal Work according to the other applicable terms of the Technical Provisions, including, when applicable, the Handback Requirements.

  • Subject to Section 5.11.3(b), on the Termination Date Developer shall cause the O&M Limits, at no charge to TxDOT, to be in the condition and meet all of the requirements of the Elements detailed in Section 19 of the Technical Provisions for the Residual Life at Handback specified in the Handback Requirements.

  • Developer shall inform TxDOT of any part of the Construction Work, Renewal Work or work required to meet Handback Requirements that is about to be covered and offer a full and adequate opportunity to TxDOT to inspect and test such part of the Work before it is covered.

  • Subject to Section 8.10.3.2, on the Termination Date Developer shall transfer the Facility, including all Upgrades, to TxDOT, at no charge to TxDOT, in the condition and meeting all of the requirements for Residual Life at Handback specified in the Handback Requirements.
