The “Interest Rate” will be the federal funds overnight rate as published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in H.15 (519) or its successor publication, or such other rate as the parties may agree from time to time.
In each case as published in the most recent H.15(519) or, if a weekly average yield to maturity for United States Treasury securities maturing on the Average Life Date of such Certificate is reported on the most recent H.15 (519), such weekly average yield to maturity as published in such H.15(919).

The "worth" of the amount referred to in subparagraph (iii) of this Section is computed by discounting such amount at a rate equal to the weekly average yield 10-year U.S. Treasury Constant Maturities (as published in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H-15 [519]) on or nearest to the Friday immediately preceding the date of Lessee's lump-sum payment pursuant hereto.
