All notices and other communications required under this Agreement will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given two days after mailing, via certified mail return-receipt requested, to the applicable party at the following addresses: If to the Company: GWG Holdings, Inc.
None of the GWG Parties nor any of their respective Affiliates has entered into any agreement with any account debtor that prohibits, restricts or conditions the assignment of any portion of the Assets.

In the event any GWG Party receives any payment in respect of any such policy, such GWG Party shall deposit the amount of such payment into the Collection Account and such payment shall be treated as Collections hereunder.
