Guideline definition

Guideline means a written statement of regulatory intent or policy for the information and guidance of licensees, issued by the Regulator, or by any other relevant person determined and advised to licensees by the Regulator;
Guideline means an agency statement or declaration of policy that the agency intends to follow, that does not have the force or effect of law, and that binds the agency but does not bind any other person.
Guideline means that term as defined in section 3 of the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.203.
