Guaranty Amount definition

Guaranty Amount means the maximum aggregate liability of the Guarantor under the Guaranty Agreement, if specified in the Guaranty Agreement.
Guaranty Amount shall have the meaning given in the Guaranty Agreement.
Guaranty Amount has the meaning assigned in Section 8.03(b).

  • On a quarterly basis, Competitive Supplier may, but is not required, to reduce the Guaranty Amount by the product of: (a) the ratio determined by dividing the total number of months remaining in the ESA by the total number of months in the initial term of the ESA times (b) the Guaranty Amount.
