Guarantor Supplement definition

Guarantor Supplement means an appropriately completed Guarantor Supplement substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto.

Guarantor Supplement a supplement to the Subsidiary Guarantee, substantially in the form of Annex A to the Subsidiary Guarantee, whereby a Subsidiary of the U.S. Borrower becomes a "Guarantor" under the Subsidiary Guarantee.

Guarantor Supplement means a supplement to the Subsidiary Guaranty, the Pledge Agreement and the Security Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit E, whereby a Subsidiary of the Borrower becomes a party to each such Loan Document.
