Guaranteed Securities definition

Guaranteed Securities has the meaning specified in Section 14.1.
Guaranteed Securities means a series of Securities made subject to a Guarantee (as set forth in Article Fourteen) pursuant to Section 301.
Guaranteed Securities means a series of Securities made subject to a Guarantee (as set forth in Article Sixteen) pursuant to Section 301.

More Definitions of Guaranteed Securities

Guaranteed Securities means the Notes issued pursuant to this Supplemental Indenture.
Guaranteed Securities means all Securities issued under the Indenture as of the date hereof.
Guaranteed Securities means Securities of any Series issued by the applicable Finance Subsidiary, authenticated and delivered under this Indenture and guaranteed by the Guarantor.
Guaranteed Securities means all of the Securities other than the Securities that, by their terms, are expressly not entitled to the benefit of this Guarantee Agreement.
