Guaranteed Date definition

Guaranteed Date means the date after which it will no longer be possible for a cheque or other item paid into your account to be returned unpaid, unless you give your consent as the Payee for this, or you are knowingly involved in fraud.
Guaranteed Date or “Key Date” shall mean each of the date(s) for completion of the Project or any phase thereof as set forth in the Schedules;

More Definitions of Guaranteed Date

Guaranteed Date means the date by which a Milestone must be achieved.
