Examples of Guarantee Payments in a sentence
The Bank agrees that this Guarantee shall not be discharged except by payment of the Guarantee Payments in full and by complete performance of all obligations of the Bank under this Guarantee.
All Guarantee Payments made hereunder in respect of the Preferred Securities by the Bank will be made without withholding or deduction for, or on account of, any Greek Tax, unless the withholding or deduction of such Greek Tax is required by law.
Subject to the limitations contained in the following paragraphs, the Bank irrevocably and unconditionally agrees to pay in full to the Holders the Guarantee Payments (except to the extent paid by the Issuer), as and when due, regardless of any defence, right of set-o¡ or counterclaim which the Issuer may have or assert.
The Bank acknowledges that its obligations hereunder are several and independent of the obligations of the Issuer with respect to the Preferred Securities and that the Bank shall be liable as principal and sole debtor hereunder to make Guarantee Payments pursuant to the terms of this Guarantee, notwithstanding the occurrence of any event referred to in paragraph 5.
