Guarantee Commitment definition

Guarantee Commitment means the Commitment to Guarantee Obligations, Contract No. MA-13509, dated as of the Closing Date, executed by the Secretary and accepted by the Shipowner with respect to the Guarantees, as originally executed or as modified, amended or supplemented in accordance with the applicable provisions thereof.
Guarantee Commitment means, in respect of a Guarantor, the amount set alongside its name in Annex 1 of the Framework Agreement.
Guarantee Commitment means the Commitment to Guarantee Obligations, Contract No. MA-13895, dated as of the Closing Date, executed by the Secretary and accepted by the Shipowner relating to the Guarantees, as originally executed or as modified, amended or supplemented.
