GTP definition

GTP means Global Technology Partners, LLC and its Affiliates.
GTP means a Gas treatment plant Facility, located on the ANS, designed to condition and compress Gas and remove certain Impurities before delivery into the Mainline.
GTP means the applicable standards required by the applicable Regulatory Authorities for the methods used in, and facilities and controls used for the manufacture of human cell and tissue products, including as set forth in FDA regulations at 21 C.F.R. Part 1271 and all related FDA rules, regulations, and orders.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that either Purchaser’s or Seller’s performance hereunder is delayed by a force majeure event for more than one month, the other party may immediately terminate this GTP upon written notice to the party whose performance is so delayed.
