Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that either Purchaser’s or Seller’s performance hereunder is delayed by a force majeure event for more than one month, the other party may immediately terminate this GTP upon written notice to the party whose performance is so delayed.
The terms of this GTP (including this provision) may only be amended and modified in writing signed by both Purchaser and Seller.
