GTCR means (i) GTCR Fund VIII, (ii) GTCR Fund VIII/B, (iii) GTCR Co-Invest II, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership and (iv) any investment fund managed by GTCR LLC or GTCR ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, L.L.C. that purchases Units pursuant to the GTCR Purchase Agreement and that becomes an Additional Unitholder pursuant to SECTION 11.2.
