GS&Co.. “we,” “us” or “our” means Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, its present and future affiliates, and their respective partners, officers, directors, employees and agents. “You” or “your” means each natural person or legal entity indicated in the title to the Account and on whose behalf this Agreement has been signed. Your “Account” refers to each brokerage or other account, including managed and custody accounts, at GS&Co. that is established in your name alone, or in your name together with others, or in which you have a beneficial interest. Your “Account” also includes additional accounts that we may open for you at your or our election for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to operational convenience, calculation of performance, and the segregation of assets and services. The personal, financial and investment information you provide in the account opening documentation will apply to these additional accounts and you may receive reporting on your accounts on a consolidated basis. You authorize GS&Co. to transfer appropriate funds between your accounts to fund account activity resulting from the extension of margin or your use of the payment services. Your agents will have authority on such additional accounts consistent with your direction to us. The basic brokerage account provided by GS&Co. will be a “cash account,” in which you make all purchases for cash settlement, without credit. You may apply and be approved for a “margin account,” in which you will be able to make purchases with funds borrowed, or to receive credit, from GS&Co., using eligible securities or cash as collateral for the credit. You may be charged execution charges (such as commissions, commission equivalents, mark-ups, mark-downs and spreads) as described in this Agreement. A “commission” generally is the amount charged by a broker for purchasing or selling securities or other investments as an agent for the customer. A “commission equivalent” is an amount charged by a dealer for purchasing or selling securities or other investments in certain “riskless principal” transactions (i.e. a transaction in which a dealer,
