Gross Collections definition

Gross Collections means all amounts actually collected as rents or other charges for use and occupancy of apartment units and from users of garage spaces (if any), leases of other non-dwelling facilities in the Property and concessionaires (if any) in respect of the Property, including furniture rental, parking fees, forfeited security deposits, application fees, late charges, income from coin‑operated machines, proceeds from rental interruption insurance, and other miscellaneous income collected at the Property; excluding, however, all other receipts, including but not limited to, income derived from interest on investments or otherwise, proceeds of claims on account of insurance policies (other than rental interruptions insurance), abatement of taxes, franchise fees, and awards arising out of eminent domain proceedings, discounts and dividends on insurance policies.
Gross Collections means, with respect to each Trust Group, all amounts paid with respect to the Home Equity Loans, including but not limited to, the total amount of principal, interest, Prepayments, Net Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds, late payment charges, prepayment charges, release fees, assumption fees and bad check charges, received by the Servicer or by any other entity on behalf of the Trust, in all circumstances prior to the payment, netting or deduction of any amount and prior to the deposit of such funds into the Principal and Interest Account.
Gross Collections means all amounts actually collected as rents or other charges for use and occupancy of apartment units, from users of garage spaces or carports (if any), from users of storage spaces (if any), leases of other non-dwelling facilities in the Property and concessionaires (if any) in respect of the Property, including furniture rental, parking fees, forfeited security deposits, application fees, late charges, income from coin-operated machines, proceeds from rental interruption insurance, “door fees” or other amounts under cable or utility contracts, and other miscellaneous income collected at the Property; excluding, however, income derived from interest on investments or otherwise, proceeds of claims on account of insurance policies (other than rental interruptions insurance), discounts and dividends on insurance policies, abatement or refunds of taxes, franchise fees, and awards arising out of eminent domain proceedings.

Examples of Gross Collections in a sentence

  • Commencing on the date hereof, Owner shall pay to Manager a fee (the “Management Fee”), payable monthly in arrears, in an amount equal to Three Percent (3.0%) of Gross Collections for such month.

More Definitions of Gross Collections

Gross Collections shall include collections of any and all fees, charges and accounts of medical practice which are due and payable on or after the commencement date of this Agreement, notwithstanding the location where such services were rendered, and shall include, without limitation, the following:
Gross Collections are all amounts actually collected by Agent, as rents or other payments, including any federal rental assistance, but excluding (i) income derived from interest or investments, (ii) discounts and dividends on insurance, and (iii) Tenant Deposits.

Gross Collections means the cash collected from the provision of goods and services of any nature by Practice (including through Physicians), after deduction of refunds and Overpayments.
