In no event shall any cost of mining, milling, leaching, smelting, refitting, concentrating or any other processing costs, or any cost associated with transportation, insurance, storage, selling, marketing, brokerage, Taxes or royalties, incurred, payable or paid by any Bunker Hill Entity be deducted from the calculation of Gross Revenue.
