Grid Services means any grid services (including but not limited to resource adequacy, operating reserves and load relief), energy services (including but not limited to demand reduction, energy injection and energy consumption) and ancillary services (including but not limited to primary and secondary frequency response, frequency regulation and voltage support); provided however, Grid Services shall not include the sale of SRECs or the sale of energy to a Host Customer pursuant to the related Solar Service Agreement.

Grid Services means a set of energy demand reduction and/or energy demand increase services provided to the electricity system operator, National Grid Electricity System Operator Limited (“NGESO”), and to other market participants in the electricity system.

More Definitions of Grid Services

Grid Services means the Grid Services that enables Curators to create and manage Curated Media and corresponding Deal ID’s that Curators can enable for sale to one or more Media Buyers and/or combine with third party data and/or other information with the intention of enhancing the value of the Media contained in such Curated Media and increasing the price that such Curated Media can be sold to Media Buyers.

Grid Services means the dispatch and control of a distributed energy resource to provide services that contribute to the efficient and reliable operation of the electric system.

Grid Services means momentary reduction of charging power or discharging of electric vehicle batteries in order to assist in balancing the power grid.

Grid Services means the grid balancing services we may undertake under this Agreement as further detailed in Part B of Section 3;

Grid Services. The services offered by Supplier to be delivered to Company for use in the Company System pursuant to this Agreement, which will be one or more of the following: Fast Frequency Response Grid Service, Regulating Reserve Grid Service, Distribution Capacity, Reliability (back-tie), Capacity Grid Service, and Replacement Reserve Grid Service, which are described in Exhibit A-1 (Fast Frequency Response Grid Service), Exhibit A-2 (Regulating Reserve Grid Service), Exhibit A-3 (Capacity Grid Service), Exhibit A-11 (Distribution Capacity), Exhibit A-12 (Reliability (back-tie)), and Exhibit A-4 (Replacement Reserve Grid Service), respectively.

Grid Services means, collectively, the (i) Demand Reduction Service, (ii) the Demand Build Service, and (iii) Ancillary Services6, Operating Characteristics or other performance required by the MTRs, a Dispatch Notice or this Agreement, and “Grid Service” means any one of the foregoing services.

Grid Services means one or more of the information, communication and tracking services specified herein.
