Grid Services definition

Grid Services means any grid services (including, but not limited to, resource adequacy, operating reserves, and load relief), energy services (including, but not limited to, demand reduction, energy injection, and energy consumption) and ancillary services (including, but not limited to, primary and secondary frequency response, frequency regulation, and voltage support).

Grid Services means the grid balancing services we may undertake under this Agreement as further detailed in Part B of Section 3;
