Greenery Area definition
Greenery Area means the area or areas provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(9)(b)(ii) of the Government Grant and which for the purpose of identification only are shown and coloured Yellow Stippled Black on the DMC Plans;
Greenery Area means the areas of the Land planted with trees, shrubs and other plants in the Development referred to in Special Condition No.(10)(b) which are for identification purposes shown coloured green dashed black and yellow dashed black on the Plans (for the avoidance of doubt, “Greenery Area” defined herein are not the same as “the Greenery Area” as defined and referred to in Special Condition No.(10)(b)(ii)), and the vertical green thereof the locations of which are (for identification purpose) indicated by orange dotted lines on the Plans;
Greenery Area means those parts of the Development referred to and defined as “the Greenery Area” in Clause No. (4)(c) of the Government Grant, which are for the purposes of identification only shown coloured Green Stippled Black on the DMC Plans;
Examples of Greenery Area in a sentence
Except with the prior consent of the Building Authority, the Greenery Area shall not be used for any purpose other than as greenery.
For this purpose, the Owner and occupier of the flat roof adjacent to the Planter (Greenery Area) on the First Floor of the Development shall permit the other Owners of the Commercial Accommodation and their tenants, servants, agents, invitees and licensees to have access to the said Planter (Greenery Area).
More Definitions of Greenery Area
Greenery Area means the greenery areas of the Development, which are for the purposes of identification only shown coloured Green Cross Hatched Black on the Greenery Area Plan (certified as to its accuracy by the Authorized Person) annexed hereto and their size (in area) and access thereto are also indicated thereon;
Greenery Area means the area or areas provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(26)(b)(ii) of the Government Grant and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior consent of the Building Authority and for the purposes of identification only are shown and coloured Yellow Stippled Black and Green Stippled Black on the DMC Plans;
Greenery Area. The greenery area within the Land and the Development with details of its size, location and common access thereto for identification purposes only shown coloured yellow on the Layout of Site Coverage of Greenery plan attached hereto, the accuracy of which is certified by the Authorized Person.
Greenery Area. “Green and Innovative Features” The area as defined in Special Condition No. (5)(b)(ii) of the Government Grant. All those green and innovative features which are exempted, by the Building Authority and the Director of Lands, from the calculation of gross floor area or site coverage, or both, of the Development and which comprise utility platforms, balconies, covered areas underneath the utility platforms and balconies as, insofar as any of the same is identifiable on plan, indicated respectively on the plans annexed hereto, and certified as to their accuracy by or on behalf of the Authorized Person.
Greenery Area means the Greenery Area referred to under Special Condition No. (26)(b)(iii) of the Conditions which is for the purpose of identification only shown coloured Light Green Hatched Black on the plans certified by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto or to any Sub-Deed(s) and includes the Vertical Greening;
Greenery Area means the areas of the Land planted with trees, shrubs and other plants in the Development referred to in Special Condition No.(14)(b)(i) of the Land Grant which are for identification purposes shown edged by broken green lines on the Plans (for the avoidance of doubt, “Greenery Area” defined herein are not the same as “the Greenery Area” as defined and referred to in Special Condition No.(14)(b)(ii) of the Land Grant);
Greenery Area means the areas landscaped in accordance with Special Condition No.(10)(a)(v) of the Government Grant which said areas so landscaped as aforesaid include, without limitation, the greenery areas which are for the purpose of identification shown coloured Yellow Honey Hatched Black and Indigo Honey Hatched Black on the plans (certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person) annexed hereto (such greenery areas, so shown as aforesaid, being referred to as “Greenery Areas”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Greenery Areas include, without limitation, vertical green which is for the purpose of identification shown in Cyan dotted line on the OVERALL GROUND FLOOR PLAN (Drawing No. DMC-004) and OVERALL 1/F PLAN (TOWER 1 – TOWER 8), & 1/F (MANSION A, MANSION B, MANSION C) (Drawing No.DMC-005) annexed hereto (certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person). “Guard Houses” means the guard houses which are for the purpose of identification shown coloured Indigo and marked “GUARD HOUSE” on the OVERALL GROUND FLOOR PLAN (Drawing no. DMC-004)(certified as to its accuracy by the Authorized Person) annexed hereto. “High-rise Building(s)” means the building or building(s) in the Development containing, inter alia, the Flats, which said building(s) is/are shown, for identification purpose, as TOWER 1, TOWER 2, TOWER 3A, TOWER 3B, TOWER 5, TOWER 6 and TOWER 8 on the plans (certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person) annexed hereto. “High-rise Buildings Common Areas” means all those areas or parts of the Land and the Development, the right to the use of which is designated for common use and benefit of the Owners and occupiers of the Flats and is not given or reserved by this Deed or otherwise to the First Owner or the Owner of any individual Flat and is not otherwise specifically assigned and which, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, include:
