"Interest Payment" means the aggregate amount of interest that is, or is scheduled to become, payable under any Finance Document. "Interest Payment Date" means the last Business Day of each Interest Period. "Interest Period" means, in relation to a Loan, each period determined in accordance with Clause 9 (Interest Periods), and, in relation to an Unpaid Sum, each period determined in accordance with Clause 8.3 (Default interest).

Green Passport means, in relation to a Collateral Vessel, a green passport statement of compliance or any other equivalent or superseding document acceptable to the Notes Administrative Agent (acting at the direction of the Required Holders), issued by a classification society being a member of the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) which includes a list of any and all materials known to be potentially hazardous utilised in the construction of that Collateral Vessel and specifies their precise location on board that Collateral Vessel.

Green Passport. Means the inventory of hazardous materials for the Vessel as required by the Ship Recycling Convention adopted in May 2009 which inventory is issued by the Classification Society;
