Green Area definition

Green Area means any space notified by the Government as green area which is required to be kept green other than a public park or green belt and includes a notified play ground;
Green Area means the “Green Area” as defined and referred to in Special Condition No.(3)(a)(i)(I) of the Conditions and shown coloured Green on the plan annexed to the Conditions;
Green Area means an area covered with vegetation of either natural or anthropogenic origin;

Green Area means that part of Alberta shown outlined and coloured green on the map annexed to

Green Area means any State land which is vacant or utilised as green verge of premises occupied by the Government, parkland, verge or traffic island in a road reserve, park
Green Area means the area shown coloured green on PLAN 1 annexed to the Conditions including such constructions thereon (including bridges, tunnels, over-passes, under-passes, culverts, viaducts, flyovers, pavements or such other structures as the Director of Lands may require) constructed in accordance with Special Condition (6) of the Conditions as portions of future public roads for building, vehicular and pedestrian traffic to be carried thereon;
