Grease Control Device definition
Grease Control Device means any grease interceptor, grease trap or other approved mechanism, device or process, which attaches to, or is applied to, wastewater plumbing fixtures and lines, the purpose of which is to trap, collect or treat FOG prior to the balance of the liquid waste being discharged into the System.
Grease Control Device. (GCD) shall mean any Grease Interceptor, Grease Trap or other mechanism, device, or process, which is attached to, or is applied to, wastewater plumbing fixtures and lines, the purpose of which is to trap or collect or treat FOG-laden wastewater prior to its discharge into the sewer system. “Grease Control Device” also includes any other District approved method to reduce FOG.
Grease Control Device means any grease interceptor, grease trap or other mechanism, device, or process, which attaches to, or is applied to wastewater plumbing fixtures and lines, the purpose of which is to trap or collect or treat FOG prior to it being discharged onto the sewer system. “Grease Control Device” may also include any other proven method to reduce FOG subject to the approval of the City.
