No service charge will be made to the Certificateholders for any such registration of transfer, but the Grantor Trustee may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge payable in connection therewith.
The Depositor, the Grantor Trustee and any agent of any of them may treat the Person in whose name this Certificate is registered as the owner hereof for all purposes, and none of Depositor, the Grantor Trustee or any such agent shall be affected by notice to the contrary.
The Grantor Trustee shall not be required to confirm, verify or recompute any such information but shall be entitled to rely conclusively on such information.

The mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen Certificate shall thereupon be canceled of record by the Grantor Trustee and shall be of no further effect and evidence no rights.
