Grant Value definition
Grant Value of an SAR means the dollar value assigned to the SAR by the Administrator on the date the SAR is granted under the Plan.
Grant Value means the dollar amount allocated to an Eligible Person in respect of a Grant of Share Units.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Termination occurs after the conclusion of the grant of stock options and/or restricted stock and other long-term incentive compensation for a fiscal year, the quotients calculated as described above shall be determined for such fiscal year and for the four preceding fiscal years.
