Grant Proceeds definition

Grant Proceeds means all amounts paid to the Recipient under this Agreement, and includes all interest and other income earned from investment of these amounts;

Grant Proceeds means the total grant funding to be awarded by NYSERDA to Grant Recipient subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Grant Proceeds means the proceeds of the Hennepin County Grant and the Met Council Grant, as applicable.

• If the Subrecipient has received full payment of the Grant Proceeds, any Subsequent DOB Proceeds shall be retained by DEO.

More Definitions of Grant Proceeds

Grant Proceeds means the amount of the Grant plus all interest or other return obtained by the Applicant from investing all or part of the Grant pending disbursement on the Project;

Grant Proceeds means funds disbursed by Grantor on account of the Grant and pursuant to this Grant Agreement.

Grant Proceeds means the funds provided to Grantee under the Sustain and Serve NJ Grant Program.

Grant Proceeds has the meaning set forth in Section 605(A)(1) of this Lease.
