Examples of Grant Deeds in a sentence
The term "Close of Escrow" shall mean the consummation of the purchase of the Property by Buyer from Seller and the recordation of Seller's Grant Deed(s) in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
Escrow Agent shall, at the Close of Escrow, deliver to Seller and Buyer a copy of the Seller's Grant Deed(s) (conformed to show recording date) and conformed copies of each document recorded to place title in the condition required by this Agreement.
