Grant Date Value definition

Grant Date Value means (i) the Target Award multiplied by (ii) the closing price of Shares on the NASDAQ Global Select on the Date of Grant.
Grant Date Value means the mean between the highest and lowest quoted sales price of a share of Stock in the New York Stock Exchange Composite Transaction Report.

Grant Date Value means, with respect to the Number of Share Units Granted, the dollar value determined by multiplying the Number of Share Units Granted by the average of the high and low stock prices of a share of Common Stock on the Grant Date (or, if such date is not a trading day, the last trading day preceding such date).
