GRA definition

GRA means a general rate application;
GRA means the Band body created pursuant to the Band Gaming Ordinance to regulate the Class II and Class III Gaming of the Band in accordance with the Compact, the IGRA and the Gaming Ordinance.
GRA means any “gain recognition agreement” as such term is used in Treasury Regulations Section 1.367(a)-8 or defined in Treasury Regulations Section 1.367(a)-8T(a)(1)(v), as applicable.
