GPR definition

GPR means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (i) the annualized in place Rents under bona fide Eligible Leases for the Properties as of such date and (ii) the annualized market rents for Properties that are vacant as of such date. For purposes of clause (ii) market rents shall be determined by Lender in its reasonable discretion; provided that Borrower may object to any such determination by delivering written notice to Lender within five (5) Business Days of any such determination and, in such event, the market rents so objected to shall be as determined by an independent broker opinion of market rent obtained by Lender at Borrower’s sole cost and expense.

GPR means gross proceeds royalty, a form of royalty based on the total revenue stream from the sale of production from the property, which can sometimes include deductions.
