Governmental Plan definition

Governmental Plan and "separate account" shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in Section 3 of ERISA.
Governmental Plan means a governmental plan as defined in 29 U.S.C. sec. 1002(32);
Governmental Plan. A governmental plan within the meaning of Section 3(32) of ERISA.

Governmental Plan means a "governmental plan" within the meaning of Section 3(32) of ERISA. The term "plan assets" means "plan assets" of one or more plans within the meaning of 2a C.F.R. 2510.3-101.
Governmental Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.10(b) hereof.
