Governmental Investigation definition

Governmental Investigation means an investigation by a Governmental Authority for the purpose of imposing criminal sanctions.
Governmental Investigation means an investigation by a Governmental Authority for the purpose of imposing criminal or significant civil sanctions on Weatherford or any Affiliates with respect to the Business or on a Target Company, or any set of facts or circumstances that could reasonably be expected to form the basis for any such investigation.
