Governmental Acts definition

Governmental Acts means any act or omission, whether rightful or wrongful, of any present or future de jure or de facto government or Governmental Authority.
Governmental Acts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.17.
Governmental Acts is defined in Section 3.10(A) hereof.

Examples of Governmental Acts in a sentence

  • In the event of termination pursuant to the paragraphs entitled "Excuse From Performance by Governmental Acts", and "Emergency Situations", the Authority may terminate its obligation immediately by giving written notice thereof.

  • Loss or damage arising out of or relating to War, Terrorism, looting and Governmental Acts.

  • Governmental Acts means any expropriation, nationalization, confiscation, requisition, seizure or any other act by or under order of any governmental, de facto or public local authority.

  • Governmental Acts shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.9.8. Guarantor shall mean each of the parties to this Agreement which is designated as a “Guarantor” on the signature page hereof and each other Person which joins this Agreement as a Guarantor after the date hereof pursuant to Section 11.18.

  • Screening programmes prescribed by other Governmental Acts are acceptable.
