Governmental Acts shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.9.8. Guarantor shall mean each of the parties to this Agreement which is designated as a “Guarantor” on the signature page hereof and each other Person which joins this Agreement as a Guarantor after the date hereof pursuant to Section 11.18.
