Government Accommodation definition

Government Accommodation means “One integrated community centre for mental wellness erected constructed and provided in the Development pursuant to Special Condition No.(13)(a) of the Conditions together with any other areas, facilities, services and installations exclusive thereto as the Director of Lands may in his absolute discretion determine (whose determination shall be conclusive and binding on all Owners) as are for identification purpose only shown on the plans (certified as to their accuracy by or on behalf of the Authorized Person) annexed hereto and coloured red.”
Government Accommodation shall have the same meaning as defined in Special Condition No. (13)(a) comprising:
Government Accommodation means collectively the public transport terminus (Site A) and (Site C), day nursery, social centre for the elderly, home help centre and two car parking spaces and children and youth centre cum study/reading room constructed on the Land as part of the Development pursuant to Special Condition (19) of the Government Grant.

Examples of Government Accommodation in a sentence

  • GPA shall in its sole discretion determine whether or not the Government Accommodation is directly affected.

  • Government Accommodation employees on extended trips may be provided with temporary accommodation at the discretion of the Employer.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Deed, the Manager shall not be under any personal liability to carry out any works (including those relating to the Slope Structures, which shall remain the responsibility of the Owners) if, having used all reasonable endeavours, the Manager has not been able to collect the costs of the required works from the Owners (save and except the Owner of the Government Accommodation).

  • The Owner of the Government Accommodation shall manage and maintain the Government Accommodation.

  • FSI (as the Owner of the Government Accommodation) shall notify the Owners Committee in writing of its representative from time to time.


More Definitions of Government Accommodation

Government Accommodation means the Reprovision RCP and the Drainage Services Accommodation together with any other areas, facilities, services and installations exclusive thereto as the Director may in his absolute discretion determine (whose determination shall be conclusive and binding on all Owners), and for the avoidance of doubt, shall exclude (i) such lifts, escalators, stairways, plant, equipment and other facilities not serving exclusively the Reprovision RCP or the Drainage Services Accommodation as may be permitted by the Director in accordance with the Government Grant; and (ii) structure of walls, columns, beams, ceilings, roof slabs, carriageway/floor slabs and any other structural elements except those for the Existing Sewage Pumping Station as referred to under Special Condition No.(16)(a)(iii) of the Government Grant and for the purpose of identification only the Reprovision RCP and the Drainage Services Accommodation are as shown (where possible and capable of being shown) coloured Orange and Green respectively on the plans (certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person) annexed hereto;
Government Accommodation means one public transport terminus on ground level and comprising a terminus of two public light bus bays (which terminus (including lighting fixtures, ventilation plant, extract ductworks and road or floor surfaces but excluding such lifts, escalators, stairways, plant, equipment and other facilities not serving exclusively thereto as may be permitted by the Director of Lands in accordance with the Government Grant, walls, columns, beams, ceilings, roof slabs, carriageway or floor slabs and any other structural elements) together with any other areas, facilities, services and installations exclusive thereto as the Director of Lands may in his absolute discretion determine) as referred to and defined in Special Condition No. (14)(a) of the Government Grant as “the Government Accommodation”, which for the purposes of identification only is shown coloured Pink on the DMC Plans;
Government Accommodation means one public transport terminus on the ground floor (including lighting fixtures, ventilation plant, extract ductworks and road/floor surfaces but excluding such lifts, escalators, stairways, plant, equipment and other facilities not serving exclusively thereto as may be permitted by the Director of Lands in accordance with the Government Grant, walls, columns, beams, ceilings, roof slabs, carriageway/floor slabs and any other structural elements) together with any other areas, facilities, services and installations exclusive thereto as the Director of Lands may in his absolute discretion determine (whose determination shall be conclusive and binding on all Owners) as referred to in Special Condition No.(18)(a) of the Government Grant which for the purpose of identification only are shown and coloured ▇▇▇▇▇ on the plans annexed to this Deed and marked Plan Nos.DMC-02 and DMC-10 to DMC-12 (both inclusive) and the accuracy of such plans is certified by the Authorized Person.
Government Accommodation. The one community hall, two parking spaces and two loading and unloading spaces for the loading and unloading of motor vehicles in connection with the community hall erected and constructed on the Land or any part thereof in accordance with Special Condition No.(21)(a) of the Conditions (which loading and unloading spaces are marked “HGV” (i.e. heavy goods vehicle parking space) on the Ground Floor Plan annexed hereto) together with any other areas, facilities, services and installations exclusive thereto as the Director of Lands may in his absolute discretion determine and are for identification purposes only shown coloured grey on the plans annexed hereto.
Government Accommodation means collectively the Day Nursery and the Social Centre for the Elderly as herein defined;
Government Accommodation. The same meaning as defined in Special Condition
Government Accommodation means accommodation owned, leased or arranged by the Government where a staff member may be directed to reside for a specified period of time.
