Governing Committee definition

Governing Committee means the committee established to operate the program pursuant to subsection 5.[PL 2003, c. 671, Pt. B, §2 (NEW).]
Governing Committee means the oversight committee established pursuant to this Agreement and that shall serve as the administrator for the Authority.

Governing Committee means the governing committee of the association.
