GOR definition

GOR means the Government of the State of Rajasthan, its respective departments or any other authorities, agencies and instrumentalities functioning under the direction or control of the GoR of the State of Rajasthan and its administrators, successors and permitted assigns.
GOR means the Government of Rajasthan.
GOR or Gross Overriding Royalty" means the royalty in favour of the Optionor described in Section 4.1, in the form attached hereto as Schedule B.

GOR means the Government of Rajasthan and any agency, authority (including any regulatory authority) department, inspectorate, ministry or statutory person (whether autonomous or not) (including any successor there for) under the control and direction of the Government of Rajasthan.

GOR means the 3% gross overriding royalty payable to Inukshuk Capital Ltd., and acquired by De Beers as described in the recitals hereto;
