good status definition

good status means good chemical status and good ecological status in the case of surface waters, and good chemical and good quantitative status in the case of groundwaters, as classified in accordance with Annex V to Directive 2000/60/EC and with Directives 2008/105/EC and 2006/118/EC;
good status means both ‘good ecological status’ and ‘good chemical status’.

For purposes of clause (d) of the preceding sentence, a breach of a material provision of a written employment agreement or corporate policy or code of conduct shall include, but not be limited to, any breach that results in Participant’s Termination of Service.
