GoMP means the Government of Madhya Pradesh

Government Authority(ies) means 1 (one) or more of the GoI, the GoMP, any local government or any other ministry, governmental department, commission, board, body, bureau, agency, authority, instrumentality, inspectorate, statutory corporation or body corporate over which the GoI or the GoMP exercises control, court or other judicial or administrative body or official or Person, having jurisdiction over the SPD, the Unit or any portion thereof and the performance of obligations and exercise of rights of the Parties in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
