(i) “procuring entity” means the GoJ entity purchasing the goods and related services, as specified in the SCC. (j) “related services” means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, installation, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the supplier under the Contract. (k) “SCC” means the Special Conditions of Contract. (l) “Subcontractor” means any natural person, private or government entity, or a combination of the above, to whom any part of the goods to be supplied or execution of any part of the related services is subcontracted by the supplier. (m) “supplier” means a person, firm or entity that is registered in the Public Procurement Commission to participate in the procurement proceedings mentioned above. (n) “The Project Site,” where applicable, means the place named in the SCC. (o) “in writing” means a communication in hand or machine written type and includes messages by facsimile, e-mail and other electronic forms of communications with proof of receipt. “Electronic communications” means the transfer of information using electronic or similar media and the recording of information using electronic media.
