GMRA definition

GMRA refers to the Global Master Repurchase Agreement;
GMRA means a global master repurchase agreement in the form, or substantially in the form, of (i) the PSA/ISMA Global Master Repurchase Agreement (1995 Version), published by the Public Securities Association and the International Securities Market Association, (ii) the TBMA/ISMA Global Master Repurchase Agreement (2000 Version) published by The Bond Market Association and the International Securities Market Association, (iii) the Global Master Repurchase Agreement (2011 Version) published by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association and the International Capital Market Association, and (iv) the Rahmenvertrag für
GMRA means a global master repurchase agreement in a currently existing industry standard form or a variation thereof, or as subsequently amended or modified by Bank in its discretion.

  • The Netting Clause shall not apply to any Transaction in Fixed Income Securities to the extent that such Transaction has become subject to close-out netting under the terms of a GMRA in place between us.

More Definitions of GMRA

GMRA means the Global Master Repurchase Agreement published by the International Capital Market Association, along with related an- nexes/schedules signed between the CBUAE and the Eligible Counterparty for conventional collateralized funding.
GMRA means either the 2000 or 2011 Global Master Repurchase Agreement of the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA) along with any of its supporting annexes or other documentation. Income means any coupon, interest, dividends or other distributions of any kind whatsoever with respect to any Financial Instrument, but excluding distributions which are a payment or repayment of principal in respect of the relevant Financial Instrument. Indemnified Party shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 24.1. Insolvency Proceedings means, in respect of an entity, any of the following: (a) the introduction of a moratorium on its indebtedness; (b) its winding-up, dissolution, administration, liquidation or reorganisation (by way of voluntary arrangement, scheme of arrangement or otherwise); (c) by reason of actual or anticipated financial difficulty, a composition, compromise, assignment or arrangement with its creditors generally; (d) the appointment of a liquidator, receiver, administrator, administrative receiver, compulsory or interim manager or other similar officer in respect of it or any of its assets; (e) in the case of an entity incorporated under the laws of the Russian Federation, any Russian Insolvency Proceedings; or (f) any analogous procedure or step taken in any applicable jurisdiction, including as applicable against an individual.
GMRA means the Global Master Repurchase Agreement (2000 and 2011 versions, including the 1995 version as amended by the amendment agreement to the 1995 version, and the 1995, 2000 and 2011 versions as amended by the GMRA 2011 Protocol, in the form published by ICMA and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association).
