The additional book runners, if any, shall report to the Global Coordinators who shall be responsible on a joint basis for overseeing the book runners and determining their compensation and allocations and all other important matters for which lead underwriters are customarily responsible in public offerings of securities of this type.
Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Global Coordinators, Joint Bookrunners or Joint Lead Arrangers listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent or a Lender hereunder.
