GLBA definition

GLBA means, collectively, Title V – Privacy – of the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, P.L. 106-102 and the standards for safeguarding customer information set forth in 12 C.F.R. Part 364 and 16 C.F.R. Part 314, all as amended, supplemented or interpreted in writing by federal Governmental Authorities.
GLBA means the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 1999, any successor federal statute thereto and all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, as any of the same may be amended from time to time.
