GLB definition

GLB means the Financial Modernization Act of 1999 also known as the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act (codified at 15 USC § 6801 et seq.), together with any rules and regulations from time to time promulgated thereunder, as may be amended, modified, revised or replaced or interpreted by any Governmental Authority or court.
GLB means Title V of the G▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999 and regulations promulgated under that act.
GLB has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.10(g).
