GLB definition

GLB means the Financial Modernization Act of 1999 also known as the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (codified at 15 USC § 6801 et seq.), together with any rules and regulations from time to time promulgated thereunder, as may be amended, modified, revised or replaced or interpreted by any Government Authority or court.
GLB means Title V of the Gxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999 and regulations promulgated under that act.
GLB has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.10(g).
