GHC means Graham Holdings Company, a Delaware corporation.
GHC means Moog Holding GmbH, a holding company wholly owned by Moog Europe formed under the laws of Germany and, as of the date of this Agreement, the parent of two direct wholly-owned subsidiaries Moog Hydrolux S.a.r.l. and Moog GmbH.
