German Assets definition

German Assets means the assets set forth on Schedule 2.1(c).
German Assets means the Purchased Assets sold by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Zweckform Office Products Manufacturing GmbH and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Europe Holding (Deutschland) GmbH & Co KG.
German Assets means the Purchased Assets sold by Avery Dennison Zweckform Office Products Manufacturing GmbH and Avery Dennison Europe Holding (Deutschland) GmbH & Co KG.

  • All Liens created under the Loan Documents on the Interoute German Assets subject to a Directed Divestment shall be automatically released immediately prior to the consummation of such Directed Divestment.

German Assets collectively, (i) any and all real property located in the country of Germany, including all buildings, improvements and fixtures now or hereafter located thereon, (ii) any and all interests in any Person (other than a Domestic Subsidiary) holding assets in the country of Germany, including, but not limited to those Persons set forth on Schedule 1.1F attached hereto and made a part hereof, and (iii) any and all investments in any investment funds investing in assets noted in clauses (i) and (ii) of this definition.
