General Terms Agreement definition

General Terms Agreement means that agreement dated as of July 3, 1991, (the "GTA") by and between the Engine Manufacturer and Federal Express Corporation ("Fed Ex"), including the Engine Product Support Plan at Exhibit B, insofar as such Product Support Plan relates to the Engine Warranties (the "Product Support Plan"), but excluding any and all letter agreements attached thereto.

General Terms Agreement means the General Terms Agreement No. CF34- ----------------------- 0897-065 entered into as of 25 May 1998 between the Engine Manufacturer and the Assignor, including Article XIV (Limitation of Liability), but excluding any and all letter agreements attached thereto.

General Terms Agreement means the General Terms Agreement dated as of November 18, 2011 between the Engine Manufacturer and the Assignor, insofar as such General Terms Agreement relates to the Engines, as heretofore amended, modified or supplemented.

• Boeing will reimburse Customer or its Authorized Agent for the charge for any item determined to be defective under this Aircraft General Terms Agreement.

General Terms Agreement or "GTA" means that certain General Terms Agreement dated as of February 5, 1999, by and between Engine Manufacturer and US Airways Group, Inc. (as the same has been assigned to Lessee), but excluding any and all Side Letter Agreements attached thereto, to the extent that such contract relates to the Engines, as such contract may hereafter be amended, supplemented and modified to the extent relating to the Engines.

General Terms Agreement means a certain General Terms Engine Lease Agreement dated May 19, 1997, Contract No. 01 between Debtor (as assignee of the Guarantor) and Lessee and all schedules, documents, addendums, amendments, supplements, modifications, riders, instruments and/or agreements related thereto.
