General Contract definition

General Contract means any agreement, contract, or purchase order between a Debtor that owns or leases real property and a General Contractor for the provision of labor, materials, equipment, and/or services in connection with the construction, development, or improvement of any real property owned or leased by such Debtor.
General Contract means an oral or written contract between an owner and an original contractor for providing service, labor, or materials for construction on an owner-occupied residence.
General Contract has the meaning set forth in the Disbursement Agreement.

General Contract means the General Contract executed by the District and the Contractor and attached hereto.
